We have qualified investors in traunches of $1 Million, $10 Million and $100 Million for the purchase of properties and buildings. Please contact us for details.
Quick Market Notes:
There is still many mixed signals on housing, with some markets such as NYC and parts of Northern NJ appreciating. That said there are still plenty of short sales and a lingering uncertainty with employment holding back the market. All of which is creating a pent up demand, that with a little bit of economic growth could lead to some nice appreciation for todays buyers. Home prices are down substantially over the last four years and rates remain historically low so it not hard to see this happening. If nothing else inflation and population growth will likely fuel appreciation over time.
In the Meantime, the Rental Market is still Red Hot and will remain so for a while until the recovery is truly believed underway by the buyer. Numerous times I have seen people wait to decide on an apartment and lose it this year as there is a real shortage of quality rentals (which we focus on at Prudential).
Things to Ponder
- What is your house worth in todays market?
- How long will it take me to sell?
- With savings I have and the monthly budget I have, how much house can I afford?
- Will Real Estate Tax and Interest Deductions disappear?
- What determines a hot area in the future for housing?
- What is the best rental property for me to live in or invest in?
The answer to many of these questions of course vary based on your individual needs and preferences. For the best of our years of experience at Prudential please contact us
